MacReboot provides 24 hour turnaround with free return shipping. When you send in your mac for repair we will diagnose, repair, and return it to you within 24 hours. 2-3 day air return shipping will be covered by us. If you need it back sooner we offer an overnight return shipping option.

All parts used by MacReboot in repair and upgrade services are OEM parts unless otherwise specified. MacReboot only uses high quality OEM parts to fix your Apple products.

Our 60 day warranty provides the peace of mind that any problem encountered with the component serviced will be fixed free of charge.

Onsite service area

MacReboot provides onsite service in the greater Los Angeles area based out of Studio City.

Service fees

If you are within 10 miles of Studio City:

$80 for first hour (minimum).

$50 for each additional hour.


If you are outside of the 10 mile radius:

$100 for first hour (minimum).

$50 for each additional hour.
